SIDEOUT FORMAT

8 total stages - 15 minutes per stage

STAGES 1 & 2

To get acclimated to this format, the Weekend Warriors (called W.W. from this point) will play against each other

Stage 1 - W.W. Pt. 1

The four teams that registered first compete against each other

Stage 1 - W.W. Pt. 2

The four teams that registered last compete against each other

STAGES 3 & 4

Following stages 1 & 2, the four teams with the highest points from this round will be the Red Group. The bottom 4 teams will be the Blue Group.

Stage 2 - Red Group vs. The Pros

The Pros will compete against the Red Group.

Stage 3 - Blue Group vs. The Pros

The pros will compete against the Blue Group.

STAGES 5 & 6

Target Practice I & II

Since the Pros will more than likely dominate the king side - they won't serve a ton. So for this stage, they will whip out their toughest serves against all eight teams.

The Pros will mix with the W.W.'s in these stages so you have the chance to play WITH Them

STAGES 7 & 8

The Final 4's

Stage 7 - Seeds 5 - 8 will go against the Pros for their final round against the pros

Stage 8 - Final Four

Seeds 1 - 4 will go against the Pros for the biggest bragging rights in volleyball.
